We had the privilege of having Ken and Chuck help us as we sold our farm and bought a house for our retirement. Their expertise is only surpassed by their sense of fairness and service. When it came time for settlement, another realtor representing the buyers for our farm who did nothing to expedite the sale process took double the commission Ken took.
